In order to send calculator files you your calculator, you'll need the TI-Graph Link Cable. This is the only way to get programs to your calculator except for getting them from another calculator. If you haven't already done so, you need to download the TI-Graph Link software so that you can send your programs to your calculator. Once you have both, you can send programs by going to the Link menu and choosing Send. First, make sure that your cable is pushed all the way into the port at the end of the calculator and that the calculator is on. You'll get an error message if you don't. Next, a window will appear where you can choose the files to send. Choose the files you want to send and press the "Add" button. Once you've added all the files to be sent, press OK. You're files should begin to start going to your calculator. Once everything's finished, click OK and you're finished. Now you should have everything that you've sent on your calculator. If some things are missing, you made a mistake somewhere. Maybe you forgot to add it when you were choosing files.
