Receiving files from your calculator is almost like sending files to your calculator. First go to the Link menu and choose Receive. Now a window will come up which is divided into two parts. In the left part are all the programs and variables that have values on your calculator. Just double click on what you would like to receive and press OK. The computer will then start receiving those files. After everything is completed, a window will appear with the choices: "Save," "Cancel," "Directory," and "Help." You should probably click on "Directory" so that you can designate where the received files should be saved to. Once you've set the place to save the files, click on "Save." The files will be saved with the appropriate extension in the folder that you designated.
