I'm sorry to say this, but the answer is no. I don't know why it is, but TI-83 Assembly programs won't work on the TI-83 Plus, and TI-83 Plus Assembly programs won't work on the TI-83. They just aren't compatible. However, there is a new shell called Ion, which is made for both calculators.
